●Overview
Nursing pads are typically used to handle large amounts of, one-time liquid discharges (such as postpartum lochia, urine from bedridden patients). They require SAP to have a high "liquid permeability" feature. The coarse particle structure is not prone to being instantly saturated and clogged, allowing the liquid to quickly penetrate deep into the core layer.
The SAP used in nursing pad is more like a "pragmatic reservoir engineer". Its primary task is to safely, reliably and economically handle a large volume of liquid discharge, and only secondarily does it aim for the ultimate softness and comfort when worn. Therefore, its particle size usually does not strive for the ultimate fineness like that of top-quality disposable diapers.
●Corresponding grades and characteristics
This application are mainly using sodium polyacrylate
SR610: The granular distribution is concentrated and the particle size are fine, which could handle large amount liquid safely and reliably.
